Should there be any discrepancy between the General Terms and the Specific Terms of Sale, the Specific Terms of Sale shall prevail for the products within that particular order, ensuring absolute clarity and legal consistency.

Order Confirmation and Delivery

To guarantee an optimal customer experience, all submitted orders are contingent upon final confirmation of both product availability and pricing validity. Estimated delivery timelines are subject to slight adjustments based on our current inventory levels.

2. Commission Structure and Payment Policy

Lumin Lotus is committed to a transparent and equitable commission policy that actively encourages the effort and dedication of our Ambassadors of Peace:

2.1. Commission Calculation Conditions
Commission is calculated for the Ambassador of Peace only when the order status is confirmed as "Successfully Delivered" and provided there is no request for return or exchange within the specified timeframe.
2.2. Commission Calculation Method
Sales Commission = % of Total Revenue (successfully delivered orders, excluding shipping fees and any Lumin Lotus discount programs, if applicable).
2.3. Commission Rates and Sales Incentives

2.4. Minimum Payout Threshold:

For First-Time Collaborations: The Ambassador of Peace will be eligible to receive commissions once the accumulated total revenue reaches 5,000,000 VNĐ or more. Any revenue that does not yet meet this threshold will be carried over until the condition is met.
For Active Ambassadors of Peace: To receive timely periodic payments, accumulated commissions must reach a minimum of 500,000 VNĐ per month. Should this threshold not be met, the commission will be carried over to the subsequent months.

2.5. Commission Payment Schedule
Commissions earned from successfully delivered orders within a given month will be paid out between the 5th and the 10th day of the subsequent month.

3. Benefits for the "Ambassador of Peace"

Lumin Lotus is committed to providing deserved benefits that both support your business efforts and nurture your spiritual growth:

3.1. No loss of initial investment: You are not required to hold inventory; products will be shipped directly from the Lumin Lotus warehouse once an order is placed.
3.2. Refundable Sample Program – "Mindful Experience"

To enable you to directly experience and profoundly appreciate the "subtle gift" that Lumin Lotus garments represent (e.g., the "Peace" shirt, the "Water" shirt), we implement a "Refundable Sample" policy. Ambassadors will purchase the sample product(s) and receive a full refund of the cost upon achieving a specified sales threshold within 30 days of receipt of the sample.
The criteria for refund eligibility (the minimum sales threshold) will be clearly communicated to you prior to the sample purchase.

3.3. Media Support and In-Depth Content

High-Quality Branding Assets: We provide a standardized set of communication materials (Brand Guidelines, high-quality product photos/videos, sample articles) to ensure authenticity and respect for the legacy of the Zen Master.
Specialized Training & Value Sharing: We organize in-depth sharing sessions and training on the product philosophy, the profound meaning of each calligraphic stroke (e.g., "Peace," "Now," "Water"), and how to authentically and deeply convey the message of mindfulness, true to the spirit of Lumin Lotus.
Multi-Channel Creative Content Support: We offer consultation and content strategy guidance for the Ambassador of Peace's communication campaigns, ensuring content is not only engaging but also aligns with the brand's delicate style and core values. We encourage utilizing external promotional channels beyond TikTok (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and personal websites) to spread the Lumin Lotus message more broadly.

3.4. Partner-Exclusive Offers

Preferential Product Pricing: You are entitled to purchase Lumin Lotus products at a special discounted rate for personal use, sampling, or gifting purposes.
Meaningful Appreciation Gifts: You will be included in exclusive appreciation programs, receiving special gifts from Lumin Lotus during important holidays or events. These may include mindful items or tickets to retreats.

3.5. Operational Support
Lumin Lotus will support and manage customer requests related to warranty and exchanges/returns, allowing you to focus primarily on promotion and consultation.

3.6. Community Connection and Personal Growth

Exclusive Event Access: Gain prioritized entry to internal Lumin Lotus events (retreats, mindfulness workshops, new collection launches), offering opportunities to meet and connect with the Founder, the Lumin Lotus team, and like-minded individuals within the mindful community.
Networking Expansion: Connect with other Ambassadors of Peace, share experiences, and jointly grow on the path of practicing and spreading conscious living.
Recognition and Honors: Ambassadors of Peace with outstanding achievements, not only in sales but also in their ability to convey core values, will be formally recognized and honored on Lumin Lotus's official communication channels.

4. Obligations of the "Ambassador of Peace"

To ensure a sustainable and meaningful collaboration, the Ambassador of Peace is required to commit to the following obligations:

To ensure fairness, transparency, and the maintenance of a healthy collaboration environment, Lumin Lotus will implement remedial measures for policy violations committed by the Ambassador of Peace. The level of disciplinary action applied will depend on the nature and severity of the violating behavior.

5.1. Types of Policy Breaches

Violations Related to Brand Image and Value Communication:

Misrepresentation of Core Values: Inaccurate interpretation or modification (adding/subtracting meaning) of the Zen Master's calligraphy or Lumin Lotus's mindfulness philosophy, causing misunderstanding among customers.
Excessive Commercialization of Mindfulness: Over-commercializing the spirit of mindfulness by reducing deeply meaningful products to pure commodities, using overly sensational, exaggerated, or inappropriate language that conflicts with the peace and subtlety of Lumin Lotus.
Use of Negative/Offensive Content: Posting or sharing content that is aggressive, negative, or controversial, thereby affecting the serene and peaceful image of Lumin Lotus and the Zen Master.
Abuse of the Zen Master’s Image/Reputation: Using the image or reputation of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh disrespectfully, out of context, or overtly for gross personal gain.

Violations Related to Copyright and Intellectual Property (IP) Rules

Unauthorized Use of Calligraphy/Images: Deliberately using the intellectual properties (IP) of the Zen Master or Plum Village/Parallax Press without explicit permission from Lumin Lotus or the copyright holders.
Alteration/Distortion of Branding Assets: Unauthorized modification of Lumin Lotus logos, watermarks, or product images in a way that misrepresents or diminishes the brand's value.
Plagiarism and Non-Original Content: Copying unoriginal content that infringes upon copyright from other sources.

Violations Related to Sales and Financial Policy

Undercutting/Predatory Pricing: Deliberately selling products below the minimum required price, negatively affecting the market and fair competition for other Ambassadors of Peace.
Order/Commission Fraud: Placing self-orders or creating fraudulent orders for the purpose of commission gain; dishonestly persuading customers to cancel orders and re-order through one's own link.
Direct Customer Payment: Violating the policy by accepting direct payments from customers (e.g., deposits, fees, etc.).
Misleading Promotions/Policies: Intentionally providing false information regarding Lumin Lotus's discount programs or policies.

Rude/Unprofessional Attitude: Consulting customers with a non-peaceful, uncommitted attitude, negatively impacting the customer experience and the reputation of Lumin Lotus.
Failure to Provide Timely Support: Failing to respond, ignoring, or not forwarding customer inquiries/complaints to Lumin Lotus in a timely manner.

Breach of Customer Service Ethics

Breach of Competition Policy

Poaching Existing/Potential Customers: Intentionally soliciting customers of Lumin Lotus (or those who have previously interacted with Lumin Lotus) to promote competing brands or similar products in the same industry.

5.2 Forms of Disciplinary Action: Depending on the severity and nature of the violating behavior, Lumin Lotus may implement one or more of the following disciplinary measures:

Written/Email Warning: Issuing a formal warning via text or email for the first violation or minor offenses.
Suspension of Payment/Commission: Temporarily halting commission payments until the violation is rectified or a resolution is reached.
Commission Rate Reduction: Decreasing the Ambassador of Peace's commission rate to a lower level for a specified period (e.g., reduction to Tier 1 or even lower).
Reclamation of Commission from Violating Transactions: In cases of fraud, Lumin Lotus reserves the right to reclaim paid commissions or deduct them from subsequent payments.
Suspension of Support/Perks: Temporarily or permanently suspending the provision of marketing materials, preferential benefits, or rights to participate in the Ambassador of Peace community.
Immediate Contract Termination: Applied in cases of particularly serious violations that cause significant damage to Lumin Lotus's reputation, assets, or core values, or when the Ambassador of Peace repeatedly commits violations after other forms of disciplinary action have been applied.

6. Termination of Collaboration Policy

Termination may occur in the event of the following:

6.1. Serious Breach of Terms
Termination will occur if the Ambassador of Peace commits a serious breach of this policy's terms, impacting the rights of customers or the rights and image of the company, or if the Ambassador intentionally commits repeated violations and fails to cooperate in resolving the issue after receiving notice from Lumin Lotus. This applies particularly to violations related to misrepresenting brand values or infringing on the copyright of the Zen Master's legacy.
6.2. Voluntary Request by Ambassador
When the Ambassador of Peace voluntarily requests to withdraw from the program, they are required to notify Lumin Lotus at least one (1) month in advance to ensure a smooth handover and processing of all related issues.
6.3. Termination and Final Settlement
Upon termination of the Ambassador of Peace status, Lumin Lotus is responsible for paying the Ambassador all remaining unpaid commission balances during the payment cycle of that month.

7. How to Apply

Lumin Lotus facilitates the most convenient conditions for you to join our community:

Option 1: Direct Registration Register directly on the Lumin Lotus website or complete the online application form.
Option 2: Assisted Registration Submit your registration details (Name, Phone Number, Email, Media Channels (if applicable), and your reason for seeking collaboration with Lumin Lotus, demonstrating your understanding of our mindfulness philosophy) via our Fanpage or Hotline. The Lumin Lotus team will then assist you in setting up your account.
